Challenges Faced

    • The email queries needed to be scanned and interpreted for serviceable details that could be further processed to fit into a predefined quotation format. This was never easy and required building a strong data scanner that can filter/pick the useful information from the email communication most precisely and arrange it in a proper quotation structure with all mandatory details in place to qualify it as a valid customer enquiry.
    • The solution was dealing with a hefty amount of data that interacts with various service resources over an MSSQL-based ERP system (Pentagon). This required syncing in and configuring a CRM system that processes queries well in coordination with the legacy ERP solution. There had to be no gaps in the information pushed, read and written across the system components and the entire process should be working in close coordination for handling system requests and updates in real-time across all ends.
    • The list of Aircraft parts and associated values in the inventory needed to be filtered for duplicate entries. Otherwise, the process would have become very slow and heavy with redundant queries, and many errors could have rigged it.
    • Another challenge was fetching details from the third-party service portals. Grabbing leads from the classified sales portals required observant data crawling. This needed to be well supported by the processing logic and data compliance factors, and it was not easy to achieve when different service platforms have their own third-party interaction protocols.

  • The Aerotech CRM’s first and foremost need is to be well in sync with the existing ERP system which is based on Customer Enterprise Process.The business necessarily needs to organize the entire process of aircraft parts selling, manage the scheme of events/tasks optimally, and to ultimately serve customer service goals.
  • Our solution architects develop the solution to efficiently collect and process the leads generated through emails and third-party sources into one quotation repository that is well-defined with a standardized format and structure. In the process, we design the entire communication of the CRM program to be sensitive to minute details and to deliver precise results with managing, controlling and executing quote requests. All the program modules are connected to procure and process quotes to be served with great accuracy and promptness.
  • A major part of the solution revolves around building a strong task management system to allow aircraft trade managers to allocate tasks to service executives and check their status. This iOS app helps officials to assign quotation requests to sales executives, check their progress, compare performances across months, assess workloads, and appraise output.
  • Both CRM and ERP systems are resource-align to update and reflect all the real-time data avoiding any gap in the results.The issue with duplicate entries are sorted by putting up logical filters and query parameters to scan and identify duplicate value inputs and treat them for redundancy so that there are no wrong calculations or faulty results to hamper the process.
  • The processing of email data into a properly defined sales query is achieve by implementing advance value attribution and detection algorithms. This is further consolidate into a standardized structure to attain consistency and efficiency with processing quote requests.
